Our team is headed by Karen, a fully qualified and registered “Administrador de Fincas”, or Property Manager. Hence we have the legal background necessary to give a safe, professional and guaranteed service to you. Karen is originally from the UK, from Bangor, Co. Down, having a UK University education added to her Spanish qualifications: a rare combination. The team is completed by her husband Pablo, who speaks English (with a slightly Northern Irish lilt!) our accountants, several admin staff, a Client Care Manager and several labour relations lawyer.
